Rotobrush® Air Duct Cleaning Machine

Designed and patented specifically for air duct cleaning, the Rotobrush® is the only method that power-brushes and vacuums at the same time. With the rotating drive cable contained within the vacuum hose, the Rotobrush®can be snaked through the air duct all the way to the plenum. The reversible feature allows the user to change brush rotation from clockwise to counterclockwise, allowing for cleaning of rectangular air ducts. Right angle turns are routine, allowing for brush-vacuuming of every contacted surface, including wrinkles and crevices typical of flex duct.

In combination with the Rotobrush®, the Roto-Vision® Video Inspection System can be used for inspection before, during and after cleaning. The fully detachable Roto-Vision® system can be used separately to inspect a variety of situations. Connected to the Rotobrush®, the Roto-Vision® system will display an active picture of the entire cleaning process.

Roto-Vision® Active Video Inspection System
The Roto-Vision® Video Inspection System is designed to provide instant video footage of remote locations to technicians in a variety of applications. The Roto-Vision® can be used for inspection of HVAC systems and air ducts for leaks, cracks, and contamination. In flood and fire restoration, water, smoke, and fire damage can be viewed in places not normally accessible. Inspectors will benefit from the ability of the Roto-Vision's tiny camera to get into dark hidden spaces and simultaneously illuminate the area while providing full digital video. In air duct cleaning, not only can the Roto-Vision® be used for inspection before and after cleaning, it can be used as an active monitoring system during cleaning. The Roto-Vision® digital camera can be attached directly to the Rotobrush® hose up to 2 feet behind the brush and nozzle. As the Rotobrush® cleans, the Roto-Vision®® system will display an active picture of the entire cleaning process.

Waterproof Digital Color Camera with LED Headlights Digital technology provides the clearest accurate monitoring of active video. Six water clear LED headlights allow clear illumination in even the deepest, darkest corners on the ventilation system or other remote locations.
